- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I first started collecting a decade and a half ago one of the first places I dealt with was Coops. I told Randy Briggs I was new and was looking to deal with someone I could trust and that wouldn’t take advantage of my inexperience. I gave him the opportunity to function in a paradigm of long-term integrity over short-term greed from day one. Big mistake!!!! Now, as a very educated and knowledgeable collector I’m constantly amazed when I look back at the absolutely worthless trash Randy knowingly, purposely sold me. There’s no doubt in my mind that Randy is a knowledgeable numismatist. However in my opinion he lacks integrity and has no issue with taking blatant advantage of newbies. Since the entire staff is now spawn from the same mold I suspect the paradigm is the same throughout the facility. If you have the knowledge to spot a hustle then it’s a very nice facility. However in my opinion if you need to ask advice while you’re there the answer you’ll receive is whichever lines their pockets the best.By Malcom Maps, February 23, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Walking into the business I felt uncomfortable and felt like I was not suppose to be buying coins. The employees did not entertain me and entertained certain customers that were the same ethic group as them. They did have a good variety of coins but no great customer service.
