- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My son who is buying his first house and moving from a house represented by Susan Krug. When my son asked simple questions as to the signing of an agreement she went off on him. I worked at C21 LL about 15 or more years ago and did not have a problem with her at that time. I just avoided her if possible. So, my son asked for the Mgr. Steve Newsom since Susan couldn't control herself and stop behaving hysterical. Steve was just as rude to my son as Susan was. The last straw I had with Newsom was when I corrected his letter. He put "ect..." and I told him it is etc... He rather chauvanistic and flew off the handle that I dared correct him. I then started working with Andrew Zvilna and we left C21 LL and went to ReMax in Redlands. Best move we could have made. We had a lot more deals and a lot more money. Andrew sold his house and moved to Washington state to retire. Shame on you Susan and shame on you Steve for treating a young man buying a house so rudely. You don't even know him and you go off on him because of his mother from 15 yrs ago? Sounds immature and petty.By Victoria Hallard, December 24, 2016
