- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They seriously never answer the phone but it's impossible to get through over the phone and make an appointment. You can't specify online to make your appointment with a notary. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I would say that this bank caters more to business owners than anything. Typically there's a long line and not so many tellers assisting regular customers. I think that if they informed more people that they could perform basic banking services at an ATM their influx of customers inside would go down. If you ever do have a problem though, their customer service is very good. The manager is always looking for new ways to improve his branch location.By JeffreyBowens, July 06, 2017
