I could have lost my home, but Benjamin and Lystra (hope that's the correct spelling) really exercised great patience while I was scrambling to cope with a 15 percent pay cut. I feel their wisdom and experience caring for customers like me during a temporary economic downturn has "paid off in dividends" ie: AVCU employees and their supervisors were FLEXIBLE. A very rare attribute in the banking industry today and I am thankful for their commitment to their customers.
